Services are by appointment only. You may book with the online scheduler found on my website, by phone or text at 306-230-5230.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a reservation by phone or text only. Please note, cancellations or changes to your reservation cannot be made by email, Facebook, or private message.

 

       ***** Same day cancellations will be billed through at 50% of the booked service price.  No Shows will be billed through at the full price of the missed service. Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice are considered a no show as there is not enough time to fill the space with another guest on the wait list. These charges must be paid by e-transfer before another service is booked.

In consideration of other businesses, service providers as well as their guests, please arrange for childcare elsewhere as our space is not suitable for children.

 

Cell phones cannot be used during your service, so please turn them off and put them away.

 

Should you be running late, please know that I may have shorten /adjust your service to stay on time, and that the cost of the originally booked service will be applied.

 

If you are not feeling well or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please do call to reschedule your reservation, and I will get you back into the first available opening when you are feeling better.

 

As I am not able to answer the phone during business hours if I am with a guest, please leave me a message and I will return your call as soon as I am able.

 

Please note, phone messages, emails and Facebook messages received outside business hours will be returned the next business day.

 

Should you need a time other than the times listed, please contact me via phone or text.

 

Please know that I do not work over other salon’s work as it may impact the integrity of my work. Therefore, a foreign material removal will be performed first. If booking online, please select that option should you already have enhancements on your nails.
